Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Blue Snowplow. This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Coverage

We currently only ship orders within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Fulfillment Partners

We partner with third-party fulfillment providers—Printify (https://printify.com) and Kunaki (https://kunaki.com/home2025.htm)—to process, produce, and ship our physical products. All items are made-to-order and shipped directly by these third-party providers.

Please note that we do not handle any part of the shipping or fulfillment process in-house.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–7 business days depending on the specific product and fulfillment partner. However, actual processing and shipping times may vary and are subject to the operational timelines of Printify and Kunaki.

Estimated shipping times are:

  • Standard Shipping (US only): 3–10 business days after fulfillment.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier issues, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the product type, quantity, and destination. Some products may qualify for free shipping as indicated on the product page.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. Access or download instructions will be provided via email upon successful purchase. There are no shipping or handling fees for digital items.

Responsibility and Limitations

Once an order is placed, it is sent directly to our fulfillment partners. As such:

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays, damages, errors, or lost packages caused by the fulfillment providers (Printify or Kunaki), carriers, or other third-party logistics involved.

  • We are not liable for any issues arising from supply chain delays, product availability, or errors in fulfillment on the part of these third-party vendors.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as it becomes available from our fulfillment partners. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking links to activate.

Undeliverable Packages / Returns

We currently do not accept returns of physical products unless explicitly stated on a product page. Undeliverable or returned packages may be subject to additional shipping fees or restocking charges as dictated by our fulfillment partners.
